He became interested in amateur radio public service, he built an emergency all band remote radio station that can be powered by batteries, solar or AC. Because of increasing demands on his time, he recently donated his all band remote station with accessories to the Alexandria Radio Club hoping to
benefit the Club’s missions and capabilities.
Chuck, who works at MITRE corporation, obtained his doctorate from the George Washington University studying the interrelationships among police officers and how members of police organizations develop trust.
He began his career as a deputy sheriff in Lyon County, Kansas; Shawnee County, Kansas; and also worked in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
